Refund policy

We want you to feel confident shopping with us. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns and refunds under New Zealand law.

30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition you received it.
  • The product must be in its original packaging with safety seals intact.
  • You’ll need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of any dietary supplement that has been opened or where the seal has been broken.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at team@wakeupsupplements.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
  3. Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll make it right by offering a replacement or refund, including shipping costs. Please always take photos of damaged delivery packages prior to opening, as well as on opening.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Opened or used dietary supplements
  • Gift cards
  • Sale items

Exchanges

If you would like a different product, the fastest way is to return the unopened item (following the process above) and place a new order once the return is approved. Alternatively, you can email team@wakeupsupplements.com for help.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Your Rights Under New Zealand Law

This policy operates alongside your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, which ensures remedies if a product is faulty, not fit for purpose, or does not match its description.
