International Orders
Please contact us before placing an order if your country is not listed.
International orders may attract local customs taxes or duties upon arrival. These taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser. Wake Up to Wellness cannot issue refunds for unpaid taxes or duties. Please check with your local customs agency before ordering.
Transit Times
Delivery estimates provided by carriers are guidelines only. Times may be extended due to customs, quarantine, freight schedules, or regional demand. Track your order using the tracking details in your confirmation email. If you don’t see your tracking email, please check your spam folder.
Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. You may edit your address within two hours of placing your order via our order editing portal.
Wake Up to Wellness is not responsible for lost orders due to incorrect delivery details. Ensure your address is safe for delivery or provide an address where someone can receive your order. Orders returned to us due to non-delivery or non-collection cannot be reshipped outside New Zealand.
Lost or Damaged Orders
Once your order has been dispatched, please contact the carrier (NZ Post, Australia Post, or DHL) for updates. Contact us at team@wakeupsupplements.com only if:
- The carrier has deemed your order lost, or
- You have received faulty or damaged products.
Processing Time
Orders are shipped from our Auckland warehouse. We aim to fulfil and dispatch orders within 2 business days, excluding unforeseen delays or busy periods.
Please note that estimated shipping times do not include processing time, and we cannot guarantee exact delivery times. Wake Up to Wellness is not responsible for delays, missing, lost, or stolen packages once dispatched via courier.
