Yes. Each set offers better value per serve than purchasing the blends separately, making it the most cost-effective way to experience a consistent day-to-night routine.
Yes. The blends in the sets are designed to be taken at different times of the day to support your natural rhythm - Wake Up in the morning, Wind Down in the afternoon or evening, and Sleep before bed.

Wake Up is best taken in the morning to support steady energy and focus for the day ahead. The energy effects can last for up to 6 hours so we recommend you don't take the AM blend past 3pm.
Wind Down is designed for late afternoon or evening, when you’re ready to shift out of a busy, overstimulating day. It is non-sedating though so can be taken any time of day.
Sleep is formulated for bedtime to support relaxation before sleep and overall sleep quality overnight. We recommend you take this 30-60 minutes before bed.
There is insufficient research done on pregnant and breastfeeding women to determine the safety of many herbal ingredients.
However, we do know that Ashwagandha can cause uterine contractions and thus Wake Up and Wind Down are not safe for pregnancy.
As a company, we do not advise taking the Wake Up blend whilst breastfeeding.
